THE TEST OF THE PHYSICAL SKILLS

Every three months or so, we practise the test of our physical skills.

This is not a competition between us. This is the way to see how we can inprove our physical skills, so we don't use charts or standar references. We only comparate our mark with our last mark. And in this way you will see your every PE lesson training makes you stronger, taller and faster... AND HEALTHIER!!!

These are the test that we pass every three months:






ENDURANCE: This is the test of physical endurance, you have to run 5 laps to the playground. 







SPEED: You have to run as fast as you can, from the court three to the football pitch.



STRENGTH 1: You have to throw a heavy ball as long as you can. 




STRENGTH 2: This is the leap, jumping as long as you can with feet together. 





STRENGTH 3: In this test you have to jump as high as you can, and Javi will measure you height.








FLEXIBILITY: You have to ben your body as long as you can. 



All of these test aren´t crucial and are binding for the final mark, but student effort it is. I remember you our catchword: 
Every girl is a winner if she tries her best!!!
Every boy is a winner if he tries his best!!!
